October is racing by!

I haven’t had a chance to update since we have all been down and out with a stomach bug.

Since last update we have been quite busy. We went pumpkin picking and met some animals at the petting zoo. We played with friends and spent some lazy days hanging around the house. Be sure to check out lots of new pics in the October folder.

Lily has been learning lots of new stuff. She blows kisses and gives big hugs. She growls at Aunt Lynn and makes monster noises. She says her new favorite word, “No” about 10,000 times a day. She has an ever increasing vocabulary, including Lily, Hello, Baby, Mommy, Dada, Elmo, Cookie, Baba, Horsey, Kitty, Meow, Dora, “Who is that?”, “What is that?”, Woah, Yum and Wow. She also can identify different peoples’ noses and touch them. When she does she goes “Beep”, even to Elmo and Cookie Monster.

One really new thing is she has begun to self potty train herself by only going to the bathroom in her Bumbo chair. It is quite entertaining to watch. I can’t believe all these things she is learning!

Lily escapes Wilpon epidemic!

Everyone got sick here this weekend, except for Lily. Instead she kept herself busy by coloring. Coloring the floor, couches and windows that is!

Check out some new pics in the October folder. Although, there wasn’t too much going on since we pretty much hung out and played inside!

Lily’s Busy Days!

Lily had a busy weekend, topped off with a trip to the aquarium. I was surprised that she was able to get into it and seemed to really watch many of the fish. Lynn and Mom carried her around in her new backpack carrier, which is a great invention. She really loved it!

Tonight we helped Kory and Tony celebrate their anniversary (early) by helping them eat the cake Tony had recreated from the baker that made their cake (AWWWW, Tony!). Lily has made out like a bandit in the cake department lately.

Check out the new pics in Lily’s for September and October in her Two Year Folder. You can find these by clicking on the Pictures link at the top left of this site.
