Time is flying… Emilie is two months old today!

These days Emilie is crying, sleeping, easting and smiling. She will smile all day long- but she does make you work for it. She won’t just smile at anything or everyone… she wants you to earn that smile. But when you get one- it’s the best!

A phone call from Santa, too many cookies, presents and more presents and lots of smiles… What a great Christmas!Everyone was spoiled rotten!

We went over to Howie and Susan’s to celebrate the first night of Hanukah and the girls had a great time. We had a delicious meal (latkes… yum!) and Lily tried a turkey burger and loved it! Lily got some wonderful toys, including a really cool ‘puter from Grandma Robin & Co. and Emilie got the softest puppy blanket!

So Avery spent the morning with us and the girls decided to have a jam session… which led to me listening to “She’ll be Coming ‘Round the Mountain When She Comes” 18- yes, I counted, times in a row! Of course they did their best shaking and grooving before I picked up the camera… but they are still cute (even on the 18th round!)

This week we spent time visiting Santa and traveling to see an insane amount of holiday lights on 34th Street in Baltimore. Lily is getting into the season and is very excited to spend time with everyone for the Hanukah and Christmas.

Lily had to be bribed to smile on Santa’s lap… the end product? Demon Baby with Santa!

Emilie is continuing to get big (including all 12 of her chins!) and is finally getting some sleep NOT on Mommy with the new swing Lynn bought Baby Emilie for Christmas.
