So, Lily has been watching a show called Ni Hao Kailan (think Dora in Chinese) and she thinks it is the greatest. The show always has one of the characters acting in a “bad” way and then the characters figure out a way to be good. Long story longer, the most recent episode had one of the characters being really full of himself and his friends showed him how to not brag.

I think Lily missed the point since now she is running around singing, “I am the best, I am better than everyone else!” ha!

We were lucky enough to get some free tickets (Thanks, Aunt Lynn and her twitter fan base!) to the aquarium and dolphin show. We spent the day in Baltimore and Lily had a great time. Lynn put it perfectly, the aquarium is a great place but even more so when you bring a kid. Watching Lily’s face was more interesting than the fish themselves!

Interesting note: Fear of sharks is apparentlyinnate in most humans!

Emilie had “big girl food” for the first time today. She wasn’t quite sure about it but Lily certainly enjoyed feeding her sister like a big kid. Video to come…

One of the weirdest weather weeks I have ever had. Started with 7 inches of snow, ended with a 72 degree day! We got out and about to enjoy the nice weather by taking lots of walks and finally ending up at the park with Avery. The girls had a lot of fun and Lily only yelled at 3 kids… which is an improvement over last week’s trip! Some new pics in the March folder.

Happy Birthday to meeeeee…. After a long, long , long week of fighting a really nasty cold…. we spent the day celebrating Mommy’s birthday and Emilie’s 4 month birthday. Of course we all rocked out and had fun eating cake! Lily “helped” blow out the candles… which almost led to her popping her eyes out of her sockets! More pics in the February folder~

While I celebrated the big 2-8…. Emilie had her 4 month appointment today and passed with flying colors. She continues to get bigger (50% weight) and taller (80% height) and even her peanut head is catching up to her! (It is now officially 1/4 cm larger than Lily’s was when she was born.)

Other than that, glad that everyone is on the path to recovery… hopefully we will feel well enough to get some more pictures up soon!
